ENTERTAINERS
We are fortunate to have a wonderful staff of entertainers. Although each one brings his/her own natural traits to the job, they share many things in common. All have been hand picked and trained. They have all worked with children, in jobs such as teachers, nannies, dance and music instructors. Their personalities are that of hard working, easy-going, funny, spontaneous, and loving people. They truly enjoy their jobs. Honestly, dressing up and playing with children all day can be hard and exhausting work. But for others, like our entertainers, it really is just play time. This joy is apparent when they enter your party. They want to be there and have the temperament and patience necessary to do the job according to our high standards. Children's Choice Entertainment is not about a one time party. We want you to come back year after year and refer us to your friends and family. The only way we can guarantee that sort of success is by sending out qualified people to your event. So take a moment and meet some of our entertainers.
Unfortunately, we don't have room to list everybody, but here are just a few members of our fabulous staff…
MATTIE, 22- After almost two years with the company, Mattie has played just about every female character. Her versatility makes her a beautiful princess, an adorable clown, or a strong super heroine. She has an uncanny knack for bonding with older boys and girls with her elaborate (and not so "baby") face painting, or fake tattoos. Still, young children flock to her innocent, dimple-faced smile and sweet, southern demeanor. Mattie currently serves as a mentor to children in need and has become an integral part of Children's Choice Entertainment.
JOHN PAUL, 24- If you are lucky enough to have John Paul come to your party, you are in for a special treat. John Paul has been with the company the longest and for good reason. Each year more and more of our clients call back wanting John Paul for their next party. He is amazing with his interactive comedy magic show, and he can instinctively tell what activities the children will be into. As a member of a large family, with many nieces and nephews, and a former day care worker, John Paul has the ability to make hesitant children feel safe and secure. For the rare crying toddler, he can soothe them to where they will be taking pictures with him soon after the party begins. Over the years, John Paul has trained new employees, and we are thankful to have him share his talents with us.
KARINE, 23- With a beautiful face, hair, and singing voice to match, Karine is the ideal princess. One of our clients was moved to tears as she watched Karine perform at her daughter's party. Others often comment on how much she looks like the characters she portrays. Karine tells elaborate stories with details about each character, so much so that the children believe she is the real thing. She makes all their dreams come true. Many of our clients repeatedly ask for her. Karine has worked with children as a youth counselor, as well as a Bible school and drama teacher.
TOMMY, 22- Having grown up on an apple orchard, Tommy has always been surrounded by children. Whether giving school tours around the orchard, teaching kids about making cider and running a farm, or as a former kindergarten teacher, Tommy has always been amazing with kids. He brings his natural charm and charisma to every party, and his rugged good looks make him a perfect superhero. Tommy has been known to jump into trees when playing certain characters and as an accomplished artist, he will amaze you and your children with individual character drawings.
ASHLEY, 21- our newest member and she could not have worked out any better. After only her first weekend of working parties, we received referral calls from people who saw her at a friends party and now wanted her for their upcoming event. Her genuine charm and big smile capture the kids' hearts and imaginations. She is unbelievable at controlling a large group and receives several compliments on her creative games. Perhaps her natural abilities stem from her many years as a nanny to toddlers and younger children.
DANIEL, 24- From the moment Daniel walks into a party he does not stop. He has more energy than life itself, and keeps the children spellbound throughout the entire event. Daniel has been a working actor for many years and often performs for various children's theatres. He is particularly great at taking direction, working with older children and running large events with lots of games.
These are just a few of our marvelous entertainers !!!!!!!!!
And, please don't forget about our friendly staff members who are in charge of food machines, bouncers, carnival rides, petting zoos, and pony rides. They are more than happy to set up and take down anything you may have ordered, and can answer any questions you may have. When you order a petting zoo or pony ride, our staff will stay with you the whole time and every member of this staff is knowledgeable about the animals they bring with them.
Again, these are just a few of our wonderful staff members. It cannot be said enough how privileged we are to have each and everyone of them as members of the Children's Choice Family.
